My wife, Christine and I are big fans of Jonathan Ansell and G4 (Jonathan, Mike Christie, Lewis Raines and Duncan Sandilands). Jonathan is the blonde lead singer of G4 ( X Factor runners-up in 2004). When G4 split in 2007 Jonathan continued as a solo artist. His first Album 'Tenor at the Movies' went to No.1 in the classical charts and entered the top 10 in the popular charts. The Album was also nominated for a Classical Brit award for Best Album.

G4  reformed in 2014 after a 'One Off' concert to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their appearing on the X Factor. Due to popular demand they have gone on to tour the country filling theatres and at Christmas  Churches and Cathedrals every year since. In 2015 they released a Christmas Album 'G4 Christmas'  and in 2017  a studio album 'G4 Love Songs' featuring Lesley Garrett and Merrill Osmond.
